We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from A-1 LED Direct. If a product does not meet your needs, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, lighting products must be in their original condition:

  • Uninstalled, unwired, and unused.

  • In the original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, accessories, drivers, and instruction sheets included.

  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Because safety is a top priority, items that show signs of installation or modified wiring cannot be accepted for a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account on https://a1leddirect.com/ to submit a return request, or send us an email at info@a1led.net.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return ID along with instructions on where to send your package:

  3. Please hold off on sending items back until your request has been approved so we can ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will take care of everything and cover all return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns: For standard returns or items ordered by mistake, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make things easy, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the actual shipping cost from your final refund.

Damages & Order Issues Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged during freight or missing from your delivery, please let us know within 48 hours at info@a1led.net so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Special & Custom Orders Custom-ordered fixtures, factory-modified products, clearance items, or special volume project quotes are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Standard bank processing times may apply before the credit appears on your statement.
